SUPPORT LEGAL ACTION

OCTOBER 7, 2021: Thank you for visiting this page dedicated to supporting the class action lawsuit to be filed ASAP by Attorney Thomas Devore (in a southern IL county). 

 

This will launch legal action against Governor Pritzker, Illinois Dept. of Public Health, and Illinois State Board of Education, in regard to the masking policies of local school districts as well as matters incidental thereto. The cost is $5k PER district*. Thank you for supporting these legal funds and helping us reach the goal before the weekend! Donations are anonymous and confidential.

*Donations are being collected by a parent leader via PayPal. If districts do not meet their goal, refunds will be issued. Numerous groups are participating in this lawsuit separate from these three districts.
